Our success stories
The Challenge
The Wheelhouse Group came to Felco to develop a 'B' Double solution that would withstand the ravages of very highly agressive liquid fertiliser transport. Based in Victoria, they service a huge area. Trailers were supplied to Felco and the tankers fitted. The 'B' trailer had to be independently plumbed for maximum flexibity.
Our Solution
Felco developed a combination with 14,000 litres on the 'A' trailer and two 13,000 litres on the 'B' trailer. Each is indipendantly plumbed with diesel driven 'poly' pumps and 'poly' plumbing.
The Result
The solution has been in place since 2010 and is performing well.
The Challenge
Gilbert's have a fleet of the Felco Bulk Tankers for use in cartage of Liquid Cattle Supplement. The product is extremely dense and corrosive and is delivered into some very remote locations over roads that shouldn't be called roads.
Our Solution
The Felco solution is low tare, corrosion resistant and durable in an 'A', 'B' Triple configuration with a combined capacity of 56,000 litres.
The Result
With multiple units on the road Gilbert's are very impressed with the durability and reliability of the Felco tanker.
So you need to move more payload with less corrosion… then Felco have the solution for you.
By using the strengths of composite fibre technology, Felco have been able to deliver a stronger lighter tanker, that have a lower centre of gravity and are totally ‘at home’ carrying dense and corrosive liquids like molasses!
Using heavy duty welded poly plumbing your investment will be returning profits even on the second and third truck.
